Background
After her father fell ill and could no longer work, Sara’s family in Indira Nagar quietly stopped buying her reference books. She kept attending school, borrowing notes the night before exams.
Intervention
A scholarship covered her school fees, a full set of textbooks, and after-school coaching for one academic year, with a community mentor checking in monthly.
Today
Sara passed her board exams in the top grade band and is now preparing for college entrance with the same mentor by her side.
