How is Khums distributed?

Sahm-e-Imam (50%) is routed via the Society's marja's Wakil for distribution per the marja's directives. Sahm-e-Saadat (50%) is given to verified Sadat (descendants of the Prophet ﷺ) in the community.

Donors with complex Khums situations are encouraged to consult an Aalim before paying. Our calculator is a guide, not a fatwa.
